Matt and Steve are talking about this week in sports updates, including:

The Riverhounds secured a home game for the playoffs.
The Riverhounds wrapped their season with their last home game in a NIL DRAW.
They played Atlanta U 2 to 1-1 a draw.
The last game of the regular season is at the NY Red Bulls 2.
The Riverhounds are going to end up in the 3rd position going into the playoffs.
In PGA Tour news, the 2018-2019 season is underway.
Kevin Tway won the Safeway Open in Napa Valley.
The tour heads to the far East to Kuala Lumpur on the west course.
Only a few big names are on the move right now, but it's still fun to watch.
We have the Brewers/Dodgers and the Astros/Red Sox in the MLB CS.
This will line up for a great WS division.
Previous division series were one-sided.
Murray is out with a concussion.
MR Wilson is still suspended.
Gritty has been out and about.
The Caps lit up Fleury.
WPIAL run down.
In NCAA news, WVU rolled over Kansas and is #6 headed to Iowa.
PSU had a buy week and now heads to Michigan State.
Pitt had a nice OT win over The Orangeman and head to South Bend to take on the Irish.
Notre Dame picked up a nice win over VT in prime-time with Pitt coming to town.
Steelers had a big win.
It's fantasy football time!

Matt and Steve are talking about this week in sports updates, including:

The Riverhounds have their last home regular season game with FC Cincinnati.
The Riverhounds will finish in the top 4 in their group.
With their season finish, the Riverhounds have earned a home playoff game.
Will the Riverhounds finish third, or will they move into second for the playoffs.
The Ryder Cup was pretty much one-sided after the day 2 morning session.
Europe rolled to a 17.5-10.5 victory over all.
Europe entered the final day, which was all singles matches, up 10-6.
The PGA 2017-2018 season is over.
The PGA 2018-2019 season starts with the Safeway Open in Napa Valley at the Silverado Resort and Spa.
Not too many big names playing in the tournaments in the near future.
Steve wouldn't be surprised if a few big names snuck into the early PGA 2018-2019 tournaments.
We had 2 playoff games for the MLB division for the first time ever.
First off, the Cubs/Brewers was exciting.
The Cubs/Rockies was crazy.
There were lots of chances that the Cubs just didn't capitalize on.
The A’s/Yankees was closer than it looked.
For the NL it looks like Braves/Dodgers, Brewers/Rockies.
AL will be Cleveland/Houston and Yankees/Sox.
Tom Willson hits 20 games.
Scott Hartnell retires.
The Capitols had a big win!!
Penguins season is officially started!
Pitt took a hell of a loss to UCF.
Pitt comes back home to take on Syracuse.
Syracuse saw a recent loss to Clemson.
Kansas is headed into Morgantown to take on WVU.
PSU is coming off a big loss to OSU which will screw the rest of their season.
PSU is headed to Lansing to take on Michigan State.
Notre Dame had a helluva game and a real good win over Stanford.
The Irish are headed to Blacksburg to take on Virginia Tech.
Steelers.

In NHL news, we check-in with Ovechkin's 600 goals mark, making him #20 on the all-time list as Fleury clinches his 400th career win. Even though it seems the season just ended, Pitt Football is heading into their spring camp and NFL free agency has begun! Matt and Steve break down some NFL maneuvering. This week's episode wraps up with a look at the Buccos and a recap of this week's hockey standings.

The show had a nice retweet this week thanks to Adam Schefter! Otherwise, we're looking at the playoff picture. The boys are still running with their fantasy football bookings, and Steve is taking a bit of a lead in Week 1. But, college football is also an important thing. The guys talk about the National Championship game and the state of college football as a whole. From there conversation shifts to some NCAA hoops action. Matt and Steve touch on some of the big names from the week, including some hometown updates from Pitt, Pitt Ladies, an Duquesne. This week's Penguins updates are better than they've been. For starters, it's back-to-back wins for the first time in over a month. Matt and Steve otherwise take a look at where the Penguins are in the big picture, and break out who their team leaders are before shifting to the NFL playoffs. The Steelers are taking on Jacksonville (or Jags-on-ville as they boys like to call them). They're giving some thoughts on keys to win. If you're looking to get tickets, Matt and Steve also do a quick breakdown of ticket prices.

Now that the regular football season is over, Matt and Steve take a look back on their fantasy football season. But, before they head into their thoughts for the NFL post-season, they're taking a look at some NCAA hoops action. With Bowl games through the New Year holiday, the boys got to watch a lot of ball. They're recapping some of the highlights and their thoughts as we head into the National Championship game. As for the Penguins? They tacked up a win over the Flyers since the last episode, so there's a move in the right direction. From there, it's on to some Steelers talk! Because they can't help but mention Cleveland's record season, Matt and Steve have an interesting take on who they should be playing. From there it's more Harrison talk, and a look at the playoff picture - including playoff picks.
