Matt and Steve bring you up to speed on the recent news there - including some thoughts that Gronk may be wearing out his welcome in New England? With NBA playoffs in the near future, the boys take a look at how the playoff picture is shaping up. Then it's on to NHL updates to wrap up this week's podcast. With their final season game, Penguins fans can rejoice that we are in the playoffs.

We've got Pirates updates, as well as some notable news on the Sox, Giants, Dodgers, Blue Jays, Yankees, Rangers, Astros, and more. Of course, we can't forget about NCAA hoops action. As far as Pitt is concerned, we have a new coach! Matt and Steve share some thoughts. As far as NCAA brackets are concerned, we're down to the finals - which includes a bracket check. In this week's NFL news, the guys take a rundown on draft picks and negotiation updates, as well as some rule changes heading into the 2018-19 season. We're just going to gloss over the Penguins' recent outing. They looked like poo against the Red Wings.

The boys check in with their fantasy football standings as we head into this year's Super Bowl. While Matt may have had a 2-0 score for the week against Steve's 0-2, Steve's still ahead for the overall fantasy season. Speaking of Super Bowl...BOLD Sports will be hosting a Super Bowl Brunch this weekend at the Sorgatron Media Studios. Matt and Steve otherwise break down their thoughts on the NFC and AFC Championship games, as well as some thoughts on the Steelers as we look ahead to next season. Moving on to NCAA hoops action, the guys take a look at homtetown ballers: Duquesne, Pitt, and RMU; as well as NCAA basketball in general. 'Tis the season, after all. This week's show wraps with some Penguins chatter, including a look at Murray as he returns following the loss of his father, a great power play, and more!

Matt and Steve start this week's episode as they do - with their fantasy football standings. They've been running neck-and-neck all season. This week they're tied up on their weekly picks with a 1-point difference on their season standings as they're headed into the fantasy championships! In other news, it's Christmastime! But, apparently not for the Penguins. The boys bring us up to speed on their recent losing streak. Thankfully it's a long season and we have some time to correct the early follies. As for NCAA news, we're into the basketball conference season! Matt and Steve share some thoughts on that - as well as the start of NCAA hockey season. We saved the best conversation for last as the boys dive into NFL news. At the top of the segment? James ****ing Harrison. There are certainly thoughts on his move to New England. As far as actual Steelers gameplay, the team showed a lot of promise on their Christmas Day outing with plays by Bryant, Bell and JuJu. Matt and Steve head out of their Steelers wrap up with an overview of their thoughts for the playoff picture.

Matt and Steve are feeling pretty jolly this week as we head into Christmas. They've got an even playing field on this week's fantasy scores with 10-6 for both of them. And, they're neck-and-neck as far as their fantasy seasons go, too. But, it looks like Matt and Steve are both out of their respective leagues. As they recap some NCAA hoops action, Pitt, PSU, and WVU are all looking at some conference games after Christmas. In MLB news, there's some updates on what the Dodgers and the Yankees are up to. Apparently the Pirates are trying to work out a trade for Cole. Matt and Steve definitely have some thoughts on how that looks - as well as the status of talks with Cutch. Even though he's no longer a Penguin, the guys are keeping up with Fleury as he stood tall in their series with the Avalanche. They also touch base on recent Penguins moves, including the acquisition of Jamie Olesiak and some trade updates. We're headed into the home stretch of the football season! Pro Bowl selections are looking good as far as Steelers are concerned. But, it looks like we're going to be a couple guys short until further notice. And, don't get us started on the Patriots game. But, at least the boys have some great content for this week's podcast - including some thoughts on the reason for the game-ending call.

Steve and Matt are back for a second episode talking about two of the things Pittsburghers love - Pittsburgh and sports.

This week, Steve and Matt are talking the usual gamut of Pirates, Penguins, and Steelers. They do a recap of last week's predictions and how they each fared. Then it's on to some fantasy football recap. Apparently there is such a thing as poor coaching in fantasy football these days. From there it's on to some MLB news, including an early start to next year's season, and the Espy Awards and the All-Star Game. The guys may be blaming the Pirates' 6 losses since last week on Polanco's jenky leg. It's either that or traded Nicasio's "hold my beer" moment when he faced the Pirates as a St. Louis player. Speaking of trades, the guys wrap up their baseball segment with some McCutcheon trade options and expendable players. From there Matt and Steve talk some Pitt v Penn State game before heading into news about the Penguins. With training camp starting this week, Pittsburgh is favored to win the Stanley Cup again this year - which lands the guys into a fantasy discussion about what they would do if they had a day with the Stanley Cup. Oh, we haven't talked about football yet! The Steelers v Browns game was more worrisome than it should have been. Let's talk about Le'Veon Bell and stupid penalties. But, kudos to TJ Watt for making Defensive Rookie of the Week. Big Ben wins an interesting record this week too, as the winningest QB in Cleveland! But, we can't dismiss Tom Brady. No matter how much you may hate New England, Tom Brady is a damn good QB.
