Helen Behn is the creator and founder of Spand-Ice,  which makes wearable clothing to treat back pain with ice and heat.  Her personal experience with chronic back pain motivated her to work with product designers in Pittsburgh to develop Spand-Ice’s products, including some that are designed specifically with pregnant women in mind.

Kim talked with Helen about how she started Spand-Ice and how she’s benefited from the support of startup incubators in Pittsburgh.
